One of our newest community libraries, Vellore Village Library was built as an extension to the Vellore Village Community Centre and St. Jean de Brebeuf Catholic High School. The quiet study room, individual study areas and collaboration spaces are ideal for students and entrepreneurs. Library users can enjoy state-of-the-art technologies, including a notebook kiosk, self-checkout and automated book return. The interactive children’s area with heated flooring is ideally situated in the library’s center, making it enjoyable and comfortable, especially during the cold winter months. Library users may enjoy the exterior balcony reading area when the warm weather sets in, overlooking the skateboard/ice rink.
Free outdoor parking is available

Vaughan Public Libraries respectfully acknowledges that our libraries were built upon the Territory and Treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation per the Toronto Purchase agreement or Treaty 13.
We also recognize we are situated in the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat and the Haudenosaunee who occupied this land before the arrival of European settlers.
The City of Vaughan is currently home to many First Nations, Inuit and Métis people. We acknowledge their contributions to the life and prosperity of this land.
As representatives of the people of the City of Vaughan, we are grateful to have the opportunity to work and live in this territory.
