    February session: Create a Vision Board with a Literary Twist
    March session: Mindful Doodling with Literary Prompts
    April session: Doodle Gratitude Journal
    May session: Meditative Watercolour Doodle

    Each session will begin with a presentation on stress management, meditative techniques, anxiety reduction, and other general stress management strategies. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions about their experiences and challenges related to stress and anxiety. In addition, resources and self-help interventions will be shared to support participants in their journey towards improved well-being and mental health.
