This program is led by guest speaker Chef Trang Vo. This program will be an interactive demo with some customer participation. Everyone will get one individual serving of crème brûlée to bring home or enjoy on the spot.
Families are welcome. Children should attend with an adult.
The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. This includes any adult accompanying a child. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions.
We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite. Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
