Learn how to prep and cook a 3-course meal for the upcoming holidays - on a budget! Andy will be demonstrating two main dishes (one vegetarian, one chicken), a side dish, and a dessert, all of which you’ll get the chance to taste & recreate at home. Throughout the demonstration, you will take away invaluable tips & advice about how to streamline the process of cooking up a multi-course meal, how to make healthy choices for everyone, and how to make filling & delicious dishes on a budget. Come with questions! Recipes will be sent out after the program.

Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
You will be sent a waiver and anaphylaxis form after registration. Please fill these out and send them back to the program facilitator before the start of the program.
