Mental Wellness: Inner Peace with Heartfulness

    Based on an ancient practice of meditation that's suited for modern times, we explore the science of this heart-based meditation and get a practical experience of yogic transmission to help go deeper in meditation, manage stress and anxiety, and improve sleep quality. During these times of isolation, be connected to certified Heartfulness trainers, and a global community connected through the heart.
