Entry to the Civic Centre Resource Library parking lot is intermittently blocked through one or both of the two main driveways from Major MacKenzie Drive due to road construction. At least one driveway is always being kept available. The three driveway options are located as follows: directly beside the library, to the west of City Hall (with the traffic lights), and to the east of City Hall (with entry and exit only to and from the Eastbound lane of Major MacKenzie).
