Kleinburg Library Update – Nov. 20
Kleinburg library is shaping up, things are looking good and the library is expected to re-open on Dec. 8 at 1 p.m.
The front of the library is starting to reflect the final look.
The reading garden is nearing completion.
the new rear entrance to the lower level is currently being worked on.
Civic Centre Resource Library – Nov. 19 update
There’s lots happening at the Civic Centre Resource Library construction site this week! Check out some new photo updates below.
Formwork continues along the east wall at the north corner.
Elevator pit has been poured and formwork has been removed.
Reading garden perimeter foundations appear to be complete and backfilled.
Interior trenching for underground services has commenced.
Stair B foundation is complete.
Foundation waterproofing and insulation is ongoing.
Civic Centre Resource Library Update – Nov. 12
Things are progressing at the Civic Centre Resource Library this week. Workers continue to work on the formwork and the foundations. The waterproofing of the foundations has commenced. The rebar installation has been completed. Forms are ready for concrete on the right and the concrete pour has been completed on the left side.

Kleinburg Library Update – Nov. 7
Things are progressing at Kleinburg Library. The second floor duct work is being finished, the east side windows have been installed, and the retainer wall for the new basement entrance has also been completed.

Civic Centre Resource Library Update – November 5
Construction work on the Civic Centre Resource Library began in September. Excavation of the site is now completed and the site has been elevated and leveled to the level of the street.
Workers have now finished the footing installation, and the installation of foundation wall forms and backfilling of the building envelope continues.
