Construction continues on the libraries at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre

Construction steadily continues on the new libraries at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC). The libraries, on the first and second floors of the PwC Tower, are anticipated completion date is targeted for late Fall 2019.
