Rules & Procedures
for Individual and Group Study Rooms
Individual and Group Study Rooms are available for VPL Members only. A full VPL library membership is required. Non-member cards, digital cards, and cards with restrictions cannot be used to book study rooms.
Study rooms may be booked up to 2 days in advance of the desired time.
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message once a booking is made. The email or text message includes a link to modify or cancel your booking.
Please check in at the Information Desk 15 minutes of your booking start time to receive the room. Group room bookings require 2 customers at the time of check in. If the room is unclaimed after 15 minutes, the room will automatically be cancelled and made available to other customers.
Everyone using a study room must follow the library's Code of Conduct. Any damage to the room, furniture, or equipment will be the responsibility of the person registered for the room.
You may only book up to two hours per day. Groups and individuals may not book the room for consecutive sessions.
The library may use study rooms for other purposes on occasion.
