PROGRESS UPDATE

Work at the VMC Library and VMC Express is progressing well as contractors continue to work in accordance with the capacity limits. Construction timeline is on track per revised post-Covid schedule, with the exception of glass related items that include glazed partitions and glass doors. This is due to an industry-wide delay currently being experienced by most glass manufactures. We are anticipating a substantial completion target for January 2021.
