Hiya Geeklings!

Hope your March Break is going great so far.  Though the weather hasn’t been stellar, there is still much fun to be had… like in the library!  What?  A library website talking about the library?  I’ve never heard of such a thing!

What do we have?  Well, things like books, movies and TV shows, music, video games, digital content and more! Looking for something to fill you non-constructive downtime?  Come on by!  And then come back again when your time is more constructive (school, studying, volunteering, whatnot).  We have things for both!

So convention season in Toronto is kicking off this week with Toronto Comic Con.  Yours truly will be on the floor, scoping things out, getting the full experience.  One exciting little connection we at VPL have to the Con this year is we’re actually sharing a special guest.  Author E. K. Johnston will be popping in at the 501st Legion‘s booth this weekend, but guess what?  You can actually see her at the Bathurst-Clark Library on Friday, March 24th along with Erin Bow at Vaughan Teens <3 Reading!  Check out this post from our friend Abby for more details.  It’s going to be amazing!

I hope the rest of the week is nothing but great.  Put a hold on the original Beauty and the Beast before you see the live action version, out this weekend.

And speaking of Disney, they just today released a teaser for Pixar‘s fall film Coco.  Check it out!

Stay safe, have fun, hope to have you at Bathurst-Clark next week, and until next time, End of Line.
