Dr. Susan Lambert is a clinical psychologist at Boomerang Health, Sickkids pediatric multidisciplinary health clinic in Vaughan. She works with kids, teens and parents to help them identify and manage intense feelings and stressors. Dr. Lambert's presentation ""Understanding and coping with big feelings"" will help kids and teens better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. She will also introduce some mindfulness strategies to help target some of those intense feelings."
