Vaughan Public Libraries

The Anthony Awards were created in 1986, and are named after William Anthony Parker White (a.k.a. Anthony Boucher), a long-time Mystery critic for the New York Times. The Awards are presented annually at "Boucheron: The World Mystery Convention", for a variety of categories including Best Novel.
